Senior Recruitment Consultant - Marketing and Digital (Analytics, Product, Research, Insights and CRM) at Harnham - London, UK

We're a global platform with 22M+ users, helping top brands like Apple, Nike, and Coursera connect with the student market. We're hiring a Senior Insights Analyst to blend deep analytical work with advanced data science techniques - all in a collaborative, growing team.

Location: Remote-first (UK-based), with 1 day/month in London or Nottingham
Salary: Up to £75,000

What You'll Do:

Drive customer insights through segmentation, campaign performance, and behavioural analysis

Work cross-functionally with data engineers, ML engineers, product and marketing

Take ownership of high-impact projects, with room to grow into a leadership or principal IC role

Dedicated time for your own learning & development (10-15%)

Python (incl. SageMaker)

SQL

About You:

Strong experience in analytics with a statistical foundation (Maths, Stats, Econ or similar background)

Confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Comfortable across both exploratory analytics and more technical modelling work
