Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a driven Senior Inside Sales Executive to join the Fire Safety EMEA Sales Team. You will manage relationships with existing customers and new prospects across the UK, guiding them through complex compliance requirements and coordinating with technical experts to deliver value.

In this consultative role you will lead the full sales cycle, deliver compelling proposals, and aim to exceed quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or account management with ability to build relationships.
• Experience selling TIC services or technical, compliance-focused solutions is desirable.
• Knowledge of Built Environment sector is a plus.
• CRM familiarity, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead full sales cycle from qualification to contract negotiations.
• Develop tailored solutions with technical teams.
• Deliver presentations and value-based discussions.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline in CRM.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual targets.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams.
• Identify new business opportunities through market insights.
