Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Site Manager to oversee infrastructure projects in Randburg. You will lead on-site activity, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality across multiple sites.

The role requires 8–10 years of progressive site management experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera. Travel within the Randburg area is expected. A construction-related degree is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of progressive site management experience in construction, infrastructure focus.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; able to liaise with clients and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise on-site activities including trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance on sites.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and apply mitigation strategies.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
• Manage resources including materials, equipment, and personnel.
