Job summary

Brandon James seeks an Associate Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure programmes in the Water & Environment sector from London, ensuring objectives are met. You will manage senior client relationships, oversee governance, risk and controls, lead multidisciplinary teams and monitor commercial performance.

There is exposure to high-profile projects and bids. The role requires 10+ years’ experience, a relevant degree, NEC3/NEC4 experience and professional qualifications;

Qualifications

• 10+ years of delivering complex infrastructure projects
• Experience in Water and Environment sector
• Degree in Engineering, Project Management or Environmental Management
• Experience leading major programmes and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong commercial awareness including fee management and forecasting
• Experience with NEC3 and NEC4 contracts
• APM PMQ, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management qualification
• Chartered status such as ChPP, MRICS, MICE, CEng or equivalent
• Strong client relationship, leadership and line management experience
• Experience supporting business development and account growth

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex infrastructure programmes

• Oversee risk, controls and programme governance
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across projects
• Monitor commercial performance and forecast
• Support major bids and tenders
• Identify opportunities to grow key client accounts
• Mentor and develop PM staff and contribute to recruitment
