Job summary

AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive delivery of complex infrastructure projects on the GSP framework. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
• Serve as main liaison between internal teams, external clients, contractors, and executive leadership, facilitating clear communication and expectations.
• Allocate resources effectively, manage project budgets, track financial forecasts, and mitigate financial risks.
• Identify potential bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies early; develop and implement robust mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all project phases comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems.
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members to foster high performance and continuous improvement.
