Job summary

AJ Bell is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, deliver and support secure infrastructure across the technology estate. You will balance hands-on work with technical leadership, governance and documentation to meet security and regulatory standards.

You will own medium-sized changes, guide engineers, and collaborate with teams to ensure reliability, scalability and maintainability of services while supporting Consumer Duty compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven production infrastructure design, delivery and support in a regulated or critical tech environment.
• Ability to own medium-sized infra changes or projects and manage dependencies.
• Strong documentation, change control and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure services.
• Lead technical design and delivery for medium infra changes; mentor engineers.
• Communicate risks, options and trade-offs to stakeholders clearly.
