Job summary
AJ Bell is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, deliver, support and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure across our technology estate. The role balances hands-on delivery with planning, technical leadership and stakeholder communication to ensure changes meet standards, controls and security expectations.
You will own medium-sized infrastructure changes, guide engineers, and collaborate across teams to support reliability, security, and regulatory requirements including
Qualifications
- Strong experience in an Infrastructure Engineer or similar technical role, preferably in financial services or regulated environments.
- Experience designing, delivering and supporting production infrastructure services.
- Own technical design and delivery for medium-sized infrastructure changes or projects.
Responsibilities
- Will design, deliver and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure across AJ Bell’s technology estate.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to other engineers and stakeholders.
- Ensure changes align with standards, controls and security expectations and IT governance.
