Provide 3rd line support and resolve complex technical issues

Collaborate with the Service Desk Manager and technical consultants

Senior Infrastructure Engineer - What You’ll Need

Previous experience working for a MSP
3+ years in 3rd line support or 1+ year in a senior infrastructure role
Very strong technical skills in several of the following with a focus on Microsoft technologies (365 and Azure):
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
Flexibility to travel to client sites and participate in a monthly on-call rota
