Job summary

RSK LDE (Land and Development Engineering) in the Wigan area is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to lead the technical delivery of infrastructure projects from concept through to completion. You will collaborate with a team of industry experts to develop practical, cost-aware designs for residential and commercial developments.

The role requires strong technical and stakeholder management skills, with experience in road and sewer design, AutoCAD and PDS, and knowledge of CDM Regulations

Qualifications

Degree or HNC in civil/structural engineering or related field.
Experience in roads, sewers and residential development design.
AutoCAD, PDS for highway design, and ground modelling knowledge.
Understanding of Sewers for Adoption 6th/7th Edition and CDM Regulations 2015.

Responsibilities

Prepare infrastructure designs and drawings using AutoCAD and related software.
Lead technical delivery from concept to completion with team collaboration.
Mentor junior staff and assist in budget and cost control for projects.
Liaise with Local Authorities and Drainage Authorities for approvals.
Coordinate programme and project requirements to meet deadlines.
Perform engineering calculations in accordance with current standards.
