Job summary

AJ Bell is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, deliver, support and maintain secure, resilient infrastructure across its technology estate. You will own technical design and delivery for medium-sized changes, guide engineers and ensure practices meet security and governance standards.

The role balances hands-on delivery with planning, stakeholder communication, and documentation, while enabling regulatory compliance and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, delivering and supporting production infrastructure services.
• Own technical design and delivery for medium-sized infrastructure changes or projects.
• Ability to coach, guide and support less experienced engineers.
• Strong understanding of security, resilience, monitoring and capacity planning.
