AJ Bell in City of London is seeking an Information Security Engineer to design, build and operate security controls across our technology estate.

You'll work with the CISO and teams to implement secure infrastructure, detect threats, automate responses, and embed security through delivery.

This is a hands-on role in a hybrid setup with opportunities to influence security maturity and protect customer trust.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on security engineering experience delivering enterprise security solutions.
• Strong risk management abilities and threat modelling.
• Experience with ISO27001 or similar frameworks.
• Financial services or e-commerce domain experience preferred.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Aufgaben

• Design, deliver and improve enterprise security solutions across endpoints, cloud, network and DevOps.
• Implement secure infrastructure controls with scalability and resilience.
• Evaluate and integrate new security tools to drive automation.
• Oversee patch management and secure configuration initiatives.
• Provide security oversight across projects and change initiatives.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews with robust evidence.
