Job summary

Peaple Talent is recruiting for 2 Infrastructure Engineers for a Bristol-based organisation. You will provide 3rd line IT support across a diverse technical landscape, with on-prem and cloud infrastructure including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS.

The role involves overseeing platforms, hardware, OS and core technologies, and collaborating with a large IT services team to handle incidents and changes. Strong Azure and virtualization experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 3rd line IT support experience in ITIL environment.
• Strong Azure and cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Experience with on-premise and cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support to users.
• Oversee delivery of platforms, hardware, OS and core technologies.
• Support incident, change, request and problem management.
• Act as escalation point for IT support team.
