We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer - Consulting to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:

Project Delivery (80%)

• Delivering implementation projects to our customers.
• Implementing new technologies.

Project Scoping, Planning & Training (20%)

• Internal training supporting staff members in their development.
• Scoping and planning successful projects.
• Mentoring junior team members.

Our perfect candidate should have a wealth of knowledge spanning various technologies and be able to troubleshoot and deliver solutions that keep our clients happy!

Customer service is paramount, so we seek candidates with excellent customer-facing skills and effective communication. Your friendly, tech-savvy approach will shine here.

• Qualifications - Relevant networking, infrastructure, and Microsoft qualifications (CCNA, JNCP, MCSA, VCP)
• Cloud - Experience with AWS and Azure (public and private cloud)
• Virtualisation - Maintaining VMware vSphere and Hyper-V environments, including replication and failover
• Security - Experience with MDM, MFA, Email Filtering, Next-Generation firewalls, antivirus solutions
• Windows Server - Installation and configuration
• Storage - SAN devices, iSCSI, clustering
• Remote Desktop Services - Supporting and troubleshooting RDS, RemoteApp, Citrix (on-prem and cloud)
• Endpoint Support - Windows desktops, applications, tablets, mobile devices
• Soft Skills - Communication, diagnosis, documentation, research, organization, driving license
