Waterjobsuk is seeking a Senior Cost Manager/Surveyor to lead cost control and forecasting across major UK infrastructure programmes, including highways, rail, utilities and transportation. You will partner with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to drive commercial outcomes and ensure projects are delivered to high standards.

You will administer NEC3 contracts (Options A, C and E), manage change control, compensation events, valuations and final accounts, and continuously monitor

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor in infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to manage cost control, forecasting and contract management.
• Experience administering NEC3 contracts (Options A, C, and E).
