Senior Information Technology Support Engineer

Location: Wigan • Working Pattern: On-site

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing MSP. In this highly technical and dynamic role, you’ll be the go-to expert for complex escalations while taking full ownership of project delivery from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

Lead on projects across networking & virtualization.
Configure and maintain cloud solutions.
Coordinate and deliver workplace platform rollouts such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, and related cloud applications.
Act as a point of escalation from the 1st/2nd Line.
Create clear, detailed technical documentation for internal teams and client handovers.

Key Skills & Experience

Proven experience working within an MSP environment is essential.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including firewalls, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPNs, routing and switching.
Hands-on experience with virtualisation platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.
