Job summary

Senior IT Operations Professional role in Central London for a world-renowned FMCG brand. 4 days in the office, 1 day at home, in a small, fast-paced IT function.

You will manage 1st and 2nd line support, support onboarding, hardware, networking, AV and digital workplace technology while collaborating with stakeholders and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• Strong 1st and 2nd Line IT support experience.
• Some people lead experience, you'll be looking after 1, potentially 2 team members.
• Excellent end-user computing and hardware knowledge.
• Hands-on AV systems and digital signage experience.
• Good networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and IT service management.
• Experience with onboarding, user access and general IT operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to get involved across the IT environment.

Senior IT Operations Professional - Global FMCG Brand

Central London

4 days per week in the office, 1 at home.

We're partnered with a world-renowned FMCG brand looking for a Senior IT Operations Professional to join their UK technology team.

This is a hands-on role within a small, fast-paced IT function where you'll take responsibility for a broad mix of 1st and 2nd Line support, while working closely with the wider business and supporting the development of more junior team members.

You'll be involved across day-to-day IT operations, end-user support, hardware, networking, AV and digital workplace technology.

We're looking for someone with:
