Insight Global is seeking a Senior Digital & IT Analyst to work on-site at a leading manufacturing client in Loughborough. This role involves supporting business analytics, IT processes, and manufacturing applications critical to daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Installation, maintenance, and support of hardware and software.
2. Supporting end users with technical issues by researching and resolving problems.
3. Assisting with IT processes and manufacturing applications.

Must haves:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on IT Systems experience.
• Recent experience as an IT project manager, familiar with project management standards and techniques.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing, documentation, and data analysis for efficiency improvements.
• Leadership qualities or experience.
• Ability to develop use cases, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of business analysis practices using tools like Power BI.
