Job summary

National Grid seeks a Senior Project Information Manager to lead ISO 19650-aligned information management across major offshore programmes. You will drive CDE adoption, develop BEPs/MIDs/TIDPs, and manage information delivery against defined standards, collaborating with contractors and internal teams to enable seamless digital delivery.

The role demands hands-on experience with CDE platforms (ACC, Forma, SharePoint) and a strong focus on data exchange, asset data, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Significant experience operating as a Project Information Manager within ISO 19650 frameworks.
• Led IM delivery across large infrastructure or energy projects.
• Deep expertise in CDE configuration, governance and workflows.
• Experience developing and reviewing EIRs, BEPs and digital delivery strategies.
• Effective engagement across project teams and supply chain partners.

Responsibilities

• Implement ISO 19650-aligned information management across project delivery teams.
• Drive adoption and compliance of CDEs across all project packages.
• Lead development and management of BEPs, MIDPs and TIDPs.
• Oversee information delivery assurance against defined standards.
• Interface with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to align digital delivery approaches.
• Identify and manage information risks, opportunities and improvements.
• Support onboarding, training and capability-building across project teams.
• Guide transition from legacy processes to new digital delivery models.
