Job summary

COWI UK & Ireland is seeking an Associate in Information Management & Digital Delivery to lead information management and ISO 19650 governance on major infrastructure and energy projects.

You will translate standards into practical delivery approaches, support bids, and ensure alignment with project realities while mentoring teams across UK&I. Hybrid working and strong development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading information management in multi-disciplinary projects.
• Expertise applying ISO 19650 across procurement, mobilisation, delivery.
• Strong governance, assurance, and quality management skills.
• Ability to influence outcomes across projects and teams.
• Experience contributing to bids and framework mobilisation from an information management perspective.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and subject matter expertise in information management and ISO 19650 across UK&I projects.
• Translate standards, guidance, and governance requirements into practical delivery approaches.
• Act as escalation point for complex information management challenges with clear guidance.
• Maintain connection to live project delivery and ensure practical information management approaches.
• Support project mobilisations, delivery, and assurance stages, including intervention when needed.
• Contribute to audits, assurance, and compliance activities.
