Job summary

Laing O'Rourke is seeking an experienced Information Management Lead for the High Marnham Substation project. You will oversee information, systems, and processes to ensure high standards and efficient delivery in a full-time, on-site role.

You will manage EDMS, coordinate reporting, and deliver training on information management tools to diverse project teams, with emphasis on ISO19650 compliance and digital handover.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Information Management in construction projects.
• Knowledge of Information Standards, Methods & Procedures.
• Familiarity with EDMS systems (preferably Asite) and secure access control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Information Management team and define team roles.
• Set and communicate project Information Standards and Methods & Procedures.
• Oversee the EDMS (Asite) and ensure secure, appropriate access.
• Coordinate project reporting and support digital tools like Field View.
• Deliver training on information management systems to project teams.
• Support digital processes using SharePoint, Teams, and mobile platforms.
• Manage quality procedures and oversee project archiving lifecycle.
