Job summary

Morson Group is recruiting an experienced Information Management Manager/Lead to shape and run the enterprise IM function for a major UK nuclear new build programme, translating strategy into an integrated operating model with clear governance and standards.

You will lead the IM team, manage performance and risk, and collaborate with senior stakeholders and suppliers to ensure information is governed and managed across projects.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Information Management, ideally within nuclear, energy, engineering, construction or major infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operational plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Strong understanding of IM governance, standards, assurance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Translate the Digital strategy into an integrated Information Management operating model and delivery roadmap.
• Manage the enterprise Information Management service with governance, standards and controls.
• Set delivery objectives for the IM Lead and team, monitor performance and priorities.
• Oversee organisational IM capability, capacity and professional standards.
• Represent IM at senior governance forums and resolve cross-programme issues.
• Provide consolidated performance, risk, compliance and maturity reporting.
• Build relationships with programme leaders, stakeholders and suppliers to drive IM adoption.
• Promote IM best practices and continuous improvement across the organisation.
• Oversee the delivery of the IM programme plan with stakeholder engagement and change management.
