Job summary

Mace is seeking an experienced Information Management lead to shape IM strategy across client projects. You will define standards, deliver ISO19650 compliant processes, train teams and oversee document control.

You will manage the IM function, contribute to digital centre of excellence, support bids, and help set up the common data environment while advancing net zero carbon delivery.

Qualifications

• Technical qualifications and certifications such as APM IM or Assoc of Information Managers.
• Subject expert experience in IM software including Aconex, ViewPoint and Business Collaborator.
• ISO 19650 certification.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver IM strategies, standards (ISO19650) and processes for client-facing projects.
• Establish and manage the project IM function following the strategy, standards and processes.
• Train project colleagues in IM practices and drives awareness and continuous improvement.
• Manage the assurance and quality control of documents and artefacts for submission and storage.
• Line manage, coach and support the IM Team on the project, as direct and indirect reports.
• Contribute to the global Digital Centre of Excellence including body of knowledge and processes.
• Contribute to bids with IM strategies and solutions.
• Contribute to the setup, implementation and development of the common data environment (CDE).
• Collaborate towards net zero carbon delivery and manage related emissions during delivery.
