Job summary

You will lead Information Management and Document Control activities to safeguard asset integrity and process safety, ensuring documents, drawings and registers are controlled, retrievable, and compliant throughout their lifecycle.

• Experience with information governance and document control in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of information lifecycle management and data quality.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Information Management and Document Control services ensuring compliance and quality.
• Support Asset Integrity and Process Safety through protection of process safety information.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Information Management requirements and NSTA obligations.
• Manage document numbering, filing, archiving and controlled hard-copy drawings.
