Job summary

Sword Group is seeking a Senior Information Management Analyst in Glasgow to lead governance and assurance of information, documents and drawings. You will manage controlled information flows, quality, categorisation and lifecycle across assets and operations.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain data integrity and drive continuous improvements in information management practices across the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Information Management and Document Control within energy/oil & gas or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of governance, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Information Management and Document Control services, ensuring effective processes and controls.
• Support Asset Integrity and Process Safety through management of process safety information.
• Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and Information Management requirements.
• Maintain document numbering, retention, archiving and lifecycle processes.
