• Experience in managing Business Management Systems and Information Management within a complex organisation.
• Strong governance knowledge: process ownership, documentation control, assurance and KPIs.
• Ability to manage outsourced services and third-party performance.
• Degree level qualification or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for IM, BMS and Document Control ensuring governance and best practice.
• Own and improve the Business Management System and related information systems.
• Manage outsourced IM/BMS/Document Control services and performance.
• Establish and maintain standards, procedures and governance for information assets.
• Coordinate document control, drawings and registers; ensure correct filing and categorisation.
• Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders to meet compliance obligations.
• Train users and drive continuous improvement of systems and processes.
