Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Influencer Planning Manager to translate PlayStation’s influencer approach into actionable plans across games, hardware, services, and campaigns.

You will guide portfolio prioritisation, audience and creator plans, and cross‑functional processes to deliver clear, high‑impact strategies with strong briefs and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, brand planning, social strategy, entertainment marketing, digital marketing, or integrated campaign planning.
• Strong understanding of creator landscape, social platforms, gaming communities, and youth audiences.
• Experience translating audience insights into clear campaign strategies and planning recommendations.
• Experience supporting portfolio prioritisation, investment planning, measurement, and global/local ways of working.
• Strong project management and communication skills for multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop planning documents, campaign frameworks, and recommendations for priority initiatives.
• Maintain planning calendars, roadmaps, inputs, and materials across influencer workstreams.
• Synthesize research with internal teams and partners to inform planning implications.
• Support evaluation of influencer support models (full-service, lighter-touch, agency-supported, etc.).
• Build inputs for investment and resource recommendations balancing impact and reach.
