Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in London is seeking a Network Engineer/Developer Relations specialist to support partners across PlayStation services. You will collaborate with cross-region teams, provide technical guidance, investigate issues, and help improve the developer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and guidance to developers and publishers across PlayStation platforms.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of PlayStation network services, APIs, tools, and technologies.
  • Investigate technical issues and coordinate escalations with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to resolve partner issues and improve developer experience.
  • Act as a technical liaison between developers, publishers and internal groups.
  • Gather and communicate partner feedback and opportunities for improvement to engineering and product teams.
  • Contribute to development and improvement of developer-facing tools, services, and documentation.
  • Participate in project work, enhancing tools, creating solutions, and automating workflows.
  • Deliver technical training and presentations to developers and publishers.
