Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator strategy, brand planning, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, business, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the creator landscape, social platforms, and gaming communities.
• Ability to translate audience insights into campaign strategies and planning recommendations.
• Experience with portfolio prioritisation, investment planning, and measurement.
• Proven project management and communication abilities in a matrix org.
• Comfort with KPIs, campaign data, and translating results into actions.
• Collaborative style with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• AI fluency or willingness to adopt AI-enabled tools for planning.

Responsibilities

• Translate PlayStation's global influencer approach into actionable plans across priority initiatives.
• Develop planning documents, calendars, and portfolio roadmaps for influencer workstreams.
• Partner with insights teams, agencies, and local teams to synthesize research into planning implications.
• Coordinate global/local inputs and ensure planning outputs are globally consistent yet locally relevant.
• Maintain governance, templates, and tools to improve speed, clarity, and readiness.
• Create leadership updates and stakeholder readouts; resolve planning needs with cross-functional teams.
