Job summary

The Beauty Tech Group is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to own creator partnerships and drive campaign delivery across global beauty technology brands. You will manage influencer campaigns, negotiate partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams to optimise performance across Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in influencer marketing, strong analytics, and a passion for beauty and creator culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, social media or a related digital marketing role.
• Proven experience managing influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation through to execution, reporting and optimisation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and how influencer marketing supports wider brand and commercial objectives.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships with influencers, talent managers, agencies and key stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, with experience reviewing proposals, negotiating partnerships and managing campaign budgets to maximise return on investment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator, capable of building relationships internally and externally.
• Creative thinker with the ability to identify partnership opportunities and guide influencers to create high-performing content.
• Comfortable using influencer marketing platforms, analytics and reporting tools.
• Passion for beauty, wellness, social media and creator culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full influencer marketing lifecycle, from identifying and outreaching to influencers to briefing, approving content and evaluating campaign performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies and content creators, understanding their needs and business priorities.
• Negotiate commercial partnerships to ensure cost-effective collaborations that drive revenue growth across social media platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address influencer and affiliate needs promptly and effectively.
• Lead influencer activity alongside campaigns, product launches and celebrity collaborations to maximise brand exposure.
• Monitor and report on influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Continuously seek out new opportunities with emerging and established influencers to expand reach and impact.
• Track and optimise influencer performance against KPIs, including sign-ups, traffic, engagement and sales.
• Work across multiple channels, including Instagram, YouTube and TikTok, ensuring campaigns are tailored for each platform.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.
