Job summary

The Beauty Tech Group is seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our influencer campaigns across platforms and regions. You will collaborate with Partnerships and Marketing Directors to craft partnership strategies that blend creativity with data-driven thinking, driving brand awareness, traffic, and sales growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or related digital/brand marketing.
• Experience leading end-to-end influencer campaigns across multiple regions.
• Strong analytical skills with campaign metrics tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement influencer marketing strategies across regions.
• Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns from concept to reporting and optimization.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and adjust strategy for ROI.
