Senior Influencer Marketing Associate, London

Founded in 2014, Linjer is a design studio with the goal of making it easier for people to invest in long-lasting, quality products.

Linjer, meaning 'lines' in Norwegian, has Scandinavian roots. We started because we were fed up with choosing between unsustainable fast fashion and overpriced luxury goods. We love quality but don't love overpaying for logos, so we collaborated with luxury brand suppliers to produce our own designs.

We sell exclusively on our website, allowing us to offer jewelry, bags, and watches at a fraction of traditional luxury prices. Our minimalist design ethos aims to make customers feel great while minimizing environmental impact.

We are seeking a Senior Influencer Marketing Associate to help grow our influencer marketing efforts and enhance our brand presence on key social media platforms. This full-time position is based in our London office.

What You'll Do

• Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Identify and reach out to influencers aligned with our brand.
• Negotiate and pitch new influencer partnerships.
• Manage influencer gifting and coordination.
• Analyze and track influencer KPIs and campaign performance regularly.
• Be able to passionately speak about our products and brand.

Who You Are

• You have 2+ years of digital marketing experience, including at least 1 year in influencer performance marketing, preferably in DTC eCommerce.
• You are an avid social media user with a passion for digital brand building, especially on YouTube and Instagram.
• You understand the influencer landscape and share our brand's passion and values.
• You are coachable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• You are aesthetically inclined with a high standard for quality and beauty.
• You are tech-savvy, eager to learn new software, and thrive in a high-growth startup environment.
• Bonus: Fluency in other languages such as German, Japanese, or Korean.
