About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Social and Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social and influencer strategies within the EU.
• Manage freelancers to source influencers and content for local markets.
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize social channel performance.
• Enhance social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Expand influencer outreach to increase brand awareness and profitability.
• Improve reporting and insights for social marketing campaigns.
• Develop strategies to engage and convert online communities into customers.
• Support omnichannel marketing efforts and meet trade targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform changes.

Candidate Profile:

• Self-driven with a strong understanding of leveraging social media for e-commerce growth.
• Experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Experience managing EU campaigns and social ads across major platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one European language and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Leadership potential and ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Video content experience is a plus.
