The Henley College in Henley-on-Thames is seeking an Industrial Placement Senior Administrator to coordinate industry placements, including T Level programs, across the College. You will maintain placement records and build strong employer relationships to ensure compliant, well-organised opportunities.

The role requires proactive organization, accuracy, and the ability to work with students, employers and curriculum teams. UK driving licence and DBS checks may be relevant to open positions.

Qualifications

• Experience arranging work experience or industry placements for young people.
• Ability to monitor learners on placement and support them with preparation.
• Strong record-keeping and professional communication with employers.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate work experience and T Level placements across the College.
• Maintain records of placements, attendance, hours and reviews.
• Liaise with employers, students and staff to schedule visits and inductions.
• Provide CV and interview prep and manage health and safety compliance.
