Loughborough University’s Wolfson School of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering is seeking an experienced Industrial Professional Placements Co-ordinator. This full-time, fixed-term role for six months involves managing and promoting student placements, supporting the pre-placement year, and developing links with industry.

Hybrid working is available. You will work with the Placements Team and the Director of Professional Training, act as Secretary to the Industrial Advisory

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration and development of the placements process.
• Support students in the pre-placement and placement year.
• Develop and strengthen links with employers and professional bodies.
• Act as Secretary to the Industrial Advisory Board and represent the School at meetings.
