Job summary

Adsyst Automation Ltd is seeking a Systems Engineer for their SCADA team to lead the full life cycle delivery of projects, from design through commissioning. You will work on Wonderware/AVEVA System Platform, FTView SE, or WinCC environments and contribute to instrumentation and process automation.

The role involves UK site commissioning, travel, and potential leadership responsibilities for a small team of engineers. A degree in engineering and relevant SCADA experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Software Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years in SCADA environment with Wonderware/AVEVA or similar.
• Experience with Siemens WinCC or Rockwell FTView SE desirable.
• UK driving license and eligible to work in the UK.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed functional design specifications.
• Configure system architecture and network connections.
• Production, modification, testing and commissioning of SCADA software.
• UK Site commissioning (may involve short periods away from home).
• Lead positions may require team leadership to maximise output.
