Raytheon UK is seeking an Industrial Engineer to provide manufacturing support across sites and functions. You will engage early with customers, drive innovation, and help plan capacity, layout factories, and implement new products and processes.

The role requires a degree in engineering, strong AutoCAD skills, and experience with simulation tools, SPC, and Lean/Six Sigma. You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure producibility and safe work environments.

Formación

• Degree in engineering science (Industrial, Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing Systems).
• Proficient with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong statistical analysis, SPC, Lean, Six Sigma experience.
• Able to represent Raytheon with internal/external customers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop innovative solutions for new products or processes and plan capacity expansions.
• Analyse manufacturing performance to identify improvements using IE tools.
• Create factory layouts using AutoCAD and support implementation.
• Optimise assembly lines using time and motion studies and ergonomic analysis.
• Provide technical reports and presentations to support projects.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure producibility and smooth transition to manufacture.
• Labor estimating for electronic, cable or mechanical assemblies.
• Contribute to safety and ergonomics in the factory.
