Essex & Hertfordshire Air Ambulance Trust (EHAAT) is recruiting a Senior Individual Giving Executive to lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of Individual Giving campaigns across digital and direct marketing channels. Qualifications

• Strong understanding of individual giving fundraising strategies to acquire, retain and develop supporters.
• Proven experience with digital fundraising trends and email marketing performance optimization.
• Ability to use data and insight to inform decision-making and improve campaign performance.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, delivery and evaluation of Individual Giving campaigns across digital and direct channels.
• Manage campaigns to acquire, retain and steward individual supporters and maximise lifetime value.
• Work with agencies and internal teams to develop campaigns across email, digital, telemarketing and direct mail.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, PECR, and fundraising regulations; manage data consent and preferences.
