The role sits at the intersection of Licensing, Sales and Product Development, translating client needs into bespoke index solutions. You will establish new relationships, design strategies with product teams, and craft compelling pitches to expand usage of the index offering.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in relationship management, business development or sales in indices or ETF-related products.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and originate new business.
• Strong relationships with asset managers, ETF providers, structured product issuers or banks.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial growth and index licensing across asset managers, ETF providers and related desks in UK/EU.
• Establish new client relationships through outreach and events.
• Partner with product development and engineering teams to design bespoke index strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to move opportunities to commercial execution.
• Develop high-quality pitch materials with clear value propositions and data-driven analyses.
