Job summary

Norwich City College is seeking an Advanced Practitioner (Inclusion) on a fixed-term contract until 31 December 2028. The role is 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, with a salary of £40,363 per annum.

You will work with learning, teaching and assessment teams to strengthen inclusive practice, coach and mentor staff, and deliver professional development to improve outcomes for learners with SEND and neurodiverse needs across mainstream provision.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEND and neurodiverse learners.
• Experience delivering coaching and professional development.
• Knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist coaching, mentoring and professional development that strengthens inclusive teaching practice.
• Identify barriers to learning and model effective inclusive strategies.
• Evaluate impact of interventions on learner engagement and outcomes.
