Job summary

Norwich City College is seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to join our team, working across Easton and Norwich campuses.

You will support students with special educational needs, neurodivergences and complex medical needs across classrooms, workshops and practical settings such as hair and beauty, engineering, and English, maths and theory classes. The role is term-time, up to 35 hours per week, with both full-time and part-time options available.

Responsibilities

• Support students with special educational needs, neurodivergences and complex medical and personal care needs across a wide range of settings.
• Assist across campus environments including classrooms, workshops and real-world learning spaces such as hair and beauty salons.
