Job summary

Cardinal Griffin Catholic College in Staffordshire seeks an exceptional Inclusion Lead to join the Senior Leadership Team. You will drive strategic oversight of inclusion, ensuring safe, supportive learning experiences and high-quality school life for all pupils, especially the most vulnerable.

As a senior leader you will work with families and external partners to deliver evidence-informed strategies, line manage staff, contribute to whole-school planning and promote a culture of care,

Qualifications

• Holds QTS and has leadership experience.
• Qualified or working towards SENDCO qualification.
• Proven track record in supporting and leading on areas of Inclusion.
• Ability to work strategically to improve outcomes for students.
• Brilliant communicator with empathy, optimism and integrity.
• Passionate about inclusive faith education.

• Champion inclusion ensuring learning is accessible and ambitions for our most vulnerable.
• Promote a culture of care, respect and resilience.
• Understand the EEF guidance reports and identify strategies that impact young people the most.
• Line manage other staff.
