Job summary

St Teresa of Calcutta Catholic Academy Trust is seeking an exceptional strategic leader to head Inclusion across the Central Team. You will drive the Inclusion strategy to enable every child to belong, participate and flourish.

This role covers SEND and inclusion provision, belonging, SEMH, EBSA, attendance, adaptive teaching and partnership working to support schools across the Trust.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and ongoing development of the Trust's Inclusion strategy.
• Ensure every child can belong, participate and flourish.
• Strategic leadership of SEND and inclusion provision.
• Oversee belonging, participation and vulnerable learners.
• Address SEMH and EBSA attendance vulnerabilities.
• Oversee Alternative Provision and inclusion pathways.
• Support pupils at risk of suspension or exclusion.
• Promote adaptive teaching and inclusive classroom practice.
• Inclusion assurance, evaluation and school improvement.
• Foster partnership and multi-agency working.
• Support leadership development and capacity building.
