As a Senior In Service Support Manager at TKMS ATLAS UK, you'll manage multiple Contractor Logistics Support contracts in a dynamic environment. Collaborating with project managers, you will ensure delivery of capabilities aligned with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of In-Service Support within a Defence or Maritime environment.
• Experience managing complex projects in Services or support environments.
• Knowledge of CLS/ILS processes and performance-based contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage In-Service Support and CLS projects.
• Achieve KPIs, SLAs, and contractual deliverables.
• Lead customer interfaces and contract progress meetings.
• Monitor project performance against cost and schedule.
• Provide timely project reporting to management.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across various departments.
• Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
