Job summary

TKMS ATLAS UK seeks a Senior In-Service Support Manager to oversee multiple CLS contracts within our Services Division and to work with Project Managers, Engineering, ILS, Commercial, Procurement and Production teams to sustain in‑service capability of maritime defence systems.

The role reports to the Operations Lead and requires strong project management, leadership and stakeholder management skills, with occasional travel to sites in the UK and internationally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Project Management qualifications or demonstrated experience delivering complex projects in a services environment.
• Experience managing In‑Service Support, CLS or ILS programmes.
• Knowledge of defence support environments, ideally maritime.
• Experience managing performance‑based contracts throughout the lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple mid‑to‑large CLS projects, ensuring contractual commitments and objectives are met.
• Lead contract reviews and progress meetings with customers.
• Monitor performance, budgets, schedules and risks; provide reporting and escalation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, ILS, Commercial, Procurement, Quality and Production.
• Oversee supplier and subcontractor performance to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Build strong relations with internal stakeholders, customers, end users and suppliers.
• Support programme planning and performance‑based contract delivery across the lifecycle.
• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Provide confident leadership to project teams and support business objectives.
• Travel to customer and company sites across the UK and internationally.
