Job summary

TKMS ATLAS UK is seeking a Senior In-Service Support Manager to lead multiple CLS and In-Service Support projects from our Dorset base. You will interface with customers, suppliers and internal teams to ensure capabilities are maintained through their life cycle and meet KPIs, SLAs, cost and schedule.

The role requires strong leadership, contract management experience and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously while maintaining customer satisfaction and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing CLS/ILS contracts and related deliverables.
• Defence or maritime environment experience preferred.
• Formal project management qualifications advantageous.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets and schedules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Manage several mid-to-large CLS and In-Service Support projects.
• Lead customer interfaces and contract progress meetings.
• Monitor project performance against cost, schedule and service requirements.
• Provide timely reporting and escalation to management.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders across PM, Engineering, ILS, Operations, Production, Commercial, Procurement, Sub-Contract and Quality Assurance.
• Work with suppliers and subcontractors to meet budgets and schedules.
• Build strong relationships with customers, end users and suppliers.
• Provide leadership and direction to support teams and build confidence.
• Travel occasionally to other UK and overseas sites.
