Job summary

Asbestos Consultants Europe Ltd. is seeking a senior Technical Manager to act as the management representative for our Integrated Management System, safeguarding UKAS accreditation and embedding ISO standards across the business.

You will report to the Technical and Quality Director and influence how we operate at the highest level. The role requires CCP or equivalent, senior IMS experience, and a proven ability to drive quality culture while maintaining regulatory compliance and effective

Qualifications

• CCP qualification or acceptable equivalent (minimum).
• Assessment and technical auditing qualifications.
• Deep working knowledge of ISO/IEC 9001, ISO 17020, ISO 17025, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proven experience maintaining UKAS accreditation and managing an IMS.
• Track record of influencing at senior level and driving a quality culture.
• Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Shape, manage and monitor the Company Compliance Plan aligned to ACE's strategic objectives.
• Maintain the Register of Regulatory Compliance and ensure company-wide adherence.
• Report to Directors with routine reviews and annual review meeting outputs.
• Chair internal and external meetings to address, report and communicate technical and quality matters.
• Safeguard UKAS accreditation and deliver an audit and inspection programme across technical and quality areas.
• Lead and develop the Quality Systems Manager and Company Auditors; oversee training initiatives.
