Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with IMS Core and VoLTE technologies.
• Experience with IMS migrations, deployments, upgrades and production support.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, Diameter, SBC, HSS/HLR and IMS call flows.

Responsibilities

• Lead IMS Core and VoLTE migrations, deployments, upgrades, and network changes
• Provide technical leadership across IMS, SBC, HSS/HLR
• Support VoLTE roaming implementation and service assurance
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis using SIP, SDP, RTP and Diameter signaling
• Lead resolution of critical incidents and technical escalations
• Ensure service continuity, high availability, and operational readiness during network changes
• Support feature verification, interoperability testing, and pre/post-deployment validation
• Review implementation procedures, rollback plans, and technical documentation
• Coordinate activities across internal teams, customers, and technology vendors
• Identify opportunities for service improvement, process optimization, and automation
