Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in telecommunications core network engineering and voice architecture.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Nokia IMS and Voice Core design, deployment, and operations.
• Experience with iSBC/eSBC configuration, SIP trunking, and session border control.
• Experience with multi-vendor migrations, integrations, and core upgrades.
• Proven cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Legal work authorization to live and work in the European Union.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, configure, and maintain Nokia IMS and Voice Core solutions across large-scale European networks.
• Design and optimize iSBC, eSBC, and SIP trunking architectures for secure media paths and interoperability.
• Lead complex network migrations, system integrations, and multi-vendor core modernization initiatives.
• Provide expert project coordination, stakeholder management, and technical reporting.
• Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and performance tuning for signaling and media routing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, NOC, and client leadership to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and carrier-grade uptime SLAs.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation including designs, runbooks, and baselines.
