KMPT is embarking on its biggest improvement journey, working alongside system colleagues to shape the care agenda for Mental Health, learning disability, and autism across the county.
This Senior Improvement Practitioner role offers an exciting opportunity to work with an amazing team to design and deliver this agenda, making a meaningful difference to our patients, service users, carers, and staff.
You will support our 'Doing Well Together' improvement programme, which includes project and programme management, improvement systems, capability development, strategy deployment, and leadership development.
All initiatives align with our strategic priorities, ensuring you lead work that matters to staff, patients, and their families.
This role is suitable for someone looking to expand their skillset beyond traditional programme management or from an Operational Excellence background.
