Job summary

SDW Recruitment Ltd is assisting a rapidly expanding freight forwarder in recruiting an Import Coordinator. You will manage import shipments from start to finish for household name brands and SMEs, ensuring excellent customer service and strong relationships within the operations team.

You will track goods to the UK, handle Customs entries and arrange haulage, while the branch grows, offering clear routes for progression and development.

Qualifications

• Import forwarding experience is essential.
• Strong customer service skills are required.
• Good IT knowledge is expected.
